ScrapFIT Workout #82

Good morning everyone, hope you have a fun weekend planned.  Before I get on with this post, I just have to say that I am so overwhelmed with grief over the loss of those children and adults in Newton, CT yesterday.  It's one of those things that seem so surreal, it can't possibly be true...I look at my little man and can't even imagine something so horrifying happening to him.  This world we live in is a very scary place, and I can only pray that time and precious memories will bring comfort to the families that lost children and the children who lost parents.  It's beyond devastating, and I will be praying hard for them...

Now on to my post...

Today over at ScrapFIT, we have a wonderful new sketch from Diana.  She has the best sketches, and this one is another fave of mine.  Here is the sketch...

and here is the prize you can win by playing along with this sketch...perfect for your New Year's Eve celebration layouts... :)
and here is my take on the sketch..
At first the two photos bothered me, the fact that the one on the right is a little darker, tried to fix it in photoshop, but it still looked dark, but it's such a cute pic that I used it anyway! This is my little man, loud, bold, funny and just downright silly and this page says it all.  I used lots of patterns and colors to get my point across, and show his personality.

Thanks for looking and I hope you are enjoying your weekend the best you can... I am going to try not to focus on this tragedy, but instead focus on my children and my blessings...
