Happy Mail

Hello everyone, I have a quick post here to share something with you all.  Went to my mailbox today and found my quarterly issue of the Stamper's Sampler in there.  It was the fabric challenge issue and I had sent a few cards and tags in for that, so I was hoping that something of mine would be in there...so, I open it up, and there is my card in the fabric challenge section!  I was so happy, totally made my day.  Here is my card in the magazine...

It's quite simple compared to all the other amazing projects in this issue using fabric, but I am still glad that they like it...so it gave me the confidence to submit something else for a future call they are having.  In every issue, they have what's called a "Tempting Template".  They want readers to create something with the template given.  This issue's template was a bottle, and there are soooo many cool projects using the bottle.  The template that they want you to work on for next year is a butterfly.  So here is what I did with the butterfly shape they provided...
You can do whatever you want to the shape as long as it's been stamped on!! That I did, using inks, and pearl powders.  I used a little bit of mist, and some paint and rhinestones.  It was all very easy and came together quickly.  I do hope they like it..

Gotta get and pick up my girlie.  Have a great day and as always thanks for looking and for your lovely comments!!
